Just listed is a NIB – issue Ka-Bar #1209 knife.  The knife being listed today for sale was obtained new in box with paperwork and proper sheath.  From close analysis it was determined that the knife has never been inserted in the sheath or the sheath holding handle strap had ever been closed on the sheath handle. These knives were designed for Vietnam war issue as the handles are wood.    I checking closely we found no post sharpening of the blade, all paint and finish is 100%. No wear or damage due to improper storage.  All paperwork is included and in perfect condition.  If I can add a comment to the description that sums it up, I looks to me and all of us inspecting this knife and all contents that is just came out of the shop – NEW it is in that good of shape.  OAL – 11″ / Blade Length – 6″.  If you want one untouched and unused, then properly taken care of over many years, this is it, No issues, NONE !
