Part of our collection we just acquired includes many Gerber Mark II knives, most are in MINT condition some with and without boxes and some back or gray handled. This one is a NIB Gerber Mark II with Black Handle and partial serrations. Comes with proper sheath, and paperwork insert from Gerber.  This Mark II has never been carried, used or sharpened and remains in the same condition it shipped from Gerber – PERFECT Unfortunately these older Mark II knives have been discontinued by Gerber and while the new company has commenced making the mark II with an all black finish, it does not compare to the durability and quality of there older knives which are now in high demand. This knife with  was made in 1998-99 time period approaching the end as we know it of the original Mark II’s produced by Gerber or under the Gerber influence.  This knife does not have the Bianchi clips on the back of the sheath which was discontinued by Gerber a few years earlier. Definitely Investor Grade.
