Rarely found in this condition is a vintage Gerber Field Sharpening Kit. Kit is in MINT condition with original box, plastic bag and brochure. There were made by Gerber back in the late 1960 – late 1970 and have since been discontinued. This set has never been used, and includes the Gerber Marked Steel and stone all fitted to a leather sheath. As we have stated finding all original unused early Gerber knifes and accessories is a real challenge as there are few that have escaped use or improper storage. This set has never been used. Box shows some storage wear on the sharp edged which is to be expected.  If you are a Vintage Gerber Collector the Field Sharpening Kit may be an item you have been looking for.
