Pictured is a NIB – Gerber Bolt Action Fisherman Knife. Gerber Item #7007. This knife was made by Gerber 1983 – 1994 and has since been discontinued. There are exceptional folding filet knives and were very popular back in day when Gerber Prided itself in making high quality products made in the USA. The knife has never been carried, or sharpened.  Knife retains a 5″ blade that can be folded and inserted into the Gerber Cordura Sheath. I personally carry one of these when I fish the Russian River in AK for sockeye  salmon and have used my knife for years to do the filet and field cleaning, they never fail.  Unfortunately Gerber no longer makes this knife and few are in a folding ( locked out) position.  Easy and compact to carry and ready on line for sure.  NOTE: This knife has never been sharpened or used. Which is a good think, put you at the “ready”  position to put it to work
